Pricing & Availability
All products are quoted in $US dollars. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price. We make every effort to ensure our items are correctly priced and stock quantities are up-to-date, but occasionally this information may be incorrect. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you. At this point, you can choose a similar item or cancel your order for a full refund.
Payment Processing and Recurring Payments
We use third-party services, including Paywhirl and Stripe, to process payments for purchases and subscriptions. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method automatically for recurring payments. You are responsible for maintaining a valid and up-to-date payment method. If a payment method becomes invalid or detached due to technical errors, you must promptly update your payment information at https://shop.my-fixation.com/account. Failure to update may result in suspension or termination of your subscription. Technical Errors and Service Disruptions
We strive to provide uninterrupted services but are not liable for disruptions, errors, or losses caused by technical issues, including but not limited to API errors, third-party platform malfunctions, or payment processing failures.
